Retail and Marketing Simon Preston

Simon’s early career culminated in the winning of a Michelin star whilst General Manager at Paul Kitching’s Juniper restaurant in Manchester. On returning to his native Yorkshire, Simon launched and managed Harvey Nichols’ restaurants and food markets in Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester and Dublin. Since 2006, Simon has worked freelance on four London restaurant openings and is Festival Director for EAT! NewcastleGateshead, a festival of food and drink for North East England.
